• In this role, you will primarily work autonomously, taking charge of all tasks and implementing new features.
• It's crucial to approach problems from the user's perspective and discuss abstract concepts with fellow developers.
• Each Developer is expected to handle architecture, design, implementation, customer feedback, and bug fixing independently rather than dividing these responsibilities among multiple individuals.
• Effective communication in English is essential, and while knowledge of German is not required, we offer and cover the costs of German lessons if desired.
