A large media/communications client in El Segundo is seeking a strong Software Developer to join their VOD Art in their Entertainment Services group. This team handles transcoding, encrypting, and publishing studio content to various platforms for customer access. Responsibilities include content validation, database ingestion, transcoding, encryption, and dashboard monitoring. The developer will focus on automating content ingestion validation, conducting code reviews, and participating in sprint ceremonies.

Flexibility to support other team areas based on workload and skills is expected.

• Strong experience with GoLang or Java (GoLang preferred)
• Experience with cloud-based serverless technologies (AWS preferred - S3, Kafka, Step Functions, Lambda)
• Experience with databases (SQL, No
