This role is open to full-time remote work or an option to be based out of São Paulo, Brazil, as a hybrid position where there is an opportunity to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi. #LI-HYBRID

• Lead the testing team ensuring the quality of Jeeves’s products.
• Drive industry best practices for manual testing, test automation, test execution and test management to achieve high product quality.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality through tools and processes.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with product roadmap delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for the product quality team.

• 4+ years of software development testing experience.
• Strong understanding on various QA Tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright or equivalent.
• Experience with testing SaaS applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to navigate communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
