• Ship end-to-end features from concept to production, including frontend and backend coding, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to launch features quickly, iterating based on real user feedback.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the development of new features, contributing technical insights.
• Work across the tech stack, including frontend technologies (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Nest.js, Postgre

• Understand the gaming and esports landscape to create engaging experiences for fans.

• Experience with React/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/Nest.js (backend).
• Proficiency with Postgre
  
  SQL, Type Script, and AWS/cloud infrastructure.
• Previous startup experience or a startup mentality, with a track record of shipping features rapidly in resource-constrained environments.
• Strong product mindset, focusing on user problems in addition to technical implementation.
• Genuine interest and understanding of the gaming and esports industry.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Development of features involving gamification, rewards systems, or community engagement.
• Familiarity with third-party API integrations (e.g., Discord, Twitter, Steam).
• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup.
• Comfort with designing and maintaining APIs.
