• Base salary range of $175,000 – $185,000, with compensation reviewed biannually

• Guide the team in delivering high-quality, well-tested technical solutions with oversight on projects
• Own projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to maintenance
• Translate conceptual work into detailed technical plans for review by leadership and stakeholders

• Facilitate code review feedback and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team performance

• 5+ years of experience developing software in a production environment
• 2+ years in a senior engineer role
• Production experience with Node.js and Typescript
• Proven experience in backend systems, designing RESTful APIs, and implementing business logic
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in written formats like Slack and technical documents

• Experience in product development as a key decision-maker
• Deep expertise in system architecture and design
• Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly the Google Cloud stack
• Proven success in operational excellence
