• Lead and deliver quarterly goals for your team, guiding engineers through ambiguous challenges
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle
• Proactively identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues
• Monitor and support the operations and availability of team artifacts, including metrics creation and on-call efforts
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting and advocating for code review and design standards

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and launching backend systems using technologies such as Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
• Strong ability to make significant changes in a large code base safely
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth, actively seeking feedback from peers and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team
