• Break down larger projects into manageable tasks and collaborate with team members for timely delivery
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle
• Monitor and support the operational availability of team artifacts, including creating and monitoring metrics

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer
• Proficient in designing, developing, and launching backend systems using Python or Kotlin
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

• Experience navigating large codebases and debugging others' code
• Proven ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback-seeking behavior
