Hybrid or remote work opportunity. Develop user‑facing AI features that reduce user workflows by 10x–100x+. Lead AI product features on the Relativity Privilege Engineering team, building applications that power justice.

Hybrid

• Build user‑facing features for the Relativity Privilege product (server‑side)
• Improve and scale our complex distributed data processing pipeline
• Collaborate with team members to implement new features, bug fixes, and CI/CD
• Build high‑quality, maintainable solutions
• Participate in code reviews and continue to develop engineering skillset with latest AI tools and methods
• Stay up‑to‑date with CI/CD tooling and developer productivity best practices
• Implement unit and integration tests
• Participate in on‑call rotation and handle escalations as necessary

• 2+ years professional experience in software development
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity
• Self‑starter driven to make an impact
• Proficiency in Java or C#
• Comfortable working from specifications to create a technical approach and scope work
• Consistently deliver modular and scalable solutions on time
• Obsess over software quality and empathy for customer experience
• Technical understanding of at least two Dev Ops platforms:
  Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab CI/CD, Pulumi

• Experience building AI‑powered products using NLP, LLMs
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of Go or Python

• Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes and container‑based systems
• Experience building dashboards with New Relic, Grafana, Snowflake

Competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. Salary range: $103,000–$155,000.
