Front-End Engineer

Our US-based client is a fintech SaaS company redefining collaborative personal finance. Our mission is to help people enjoy today while confidently preparing for tomorrow. We’re humble, hardworking, and believe in transparency, trust, and putting people first—our team and our users. The company's based in the greater Nashville, TN area and currently work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration.

The tech stack is built on Google Cloud, Ruby on Rails, React, and Storybook.

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our team as we build and validate our next-generation fintech platform. This is an opportunity to help craft user-facing experiences that bring clarity, control, and collaboration to modern personal finance.

• Design and build component-driven UIs using React and Storybook, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and back-end engineering to deliver seamless, intuitive interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component libraries for use across the platform.
• Contribute to the architecture and front-end development best practices to ensure high-quality, performant code.
• Stay up to date with modern front-end technologies and help guide UI/UX direction.
• Build with empathy—always considering how your work impacts the clarity and confidence of users managing their money.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• 4+ years of experience in Front-End development roles.
• Comfortable working in early-stage environments, balancing fast execution with thoughtful, user-centered design.
• Strong opinions, held loosely—you can advocate for quality while remaining open to feedback and iteration.
• A problem-solver mindset: you’re a builder and creative technologist who brings both empathy and technical excellence to your work.
• Hands-on experience with the following technologies:
  • React (must)
  • Type Script
  • Storybook (preferred)
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Responsive design principles
  • Vercel (preferred)
• Previous experience working at a US-based fintech company is highly preferred.

Schedule & time zone: Full time job, with at least a 9 AM–4 PM CT overlap.

Compensation: 3,000 usd/month
