We're looking for an exceptionally skilled Technical Architect to lead our Flutter development efforts and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge features that push the boundaries of user experience.##

Job Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Product and Backend teams to drive the entire feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
* Technical leadership to design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures for complex features, prioritizing simplicity and effectiveness.
* Establish code quality standards and lead code reviews, focusing on maintainability and performance.
* Mentor team members in problem-solving strategies and monitor key mobile team indicators to drive continuous improvement.
* Implement monitoring systems to measure app performance metrics, define clear objectives for crash rates, load times, and user engagement, and present dashboards and insights to stakeholders.## Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Flutter in production environments.
* At least 1 year of experience leading technical teams and guiding technical decisions.
* Proven ability to break down complex requirements into manageable technical solutions and translate business logic into clean, understandable code.
* Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable architectures for complex features.
* Hands-on experience with Flutter, including navigation patterns, deep linking, and load time optimization.
* Established testing strategies that improved app stability and performance.
* Experience in creating and maintaining shared component libraries across multiple apps.
* Leadership in technical documentation initiatives and experience mentoring developers.
* A solid background in defining and tracking technical KPIs and data-driven development and performance optimization.##
