Middle Full-Stack Developer

This Norway-based startup in the insurance domain is building a fully digital insurance-as-a-service platform designed to modernize and streamline how insurance products are delivered. Launched in early 2020, the project continues to grow as the team actively expands the platform with new products and a steadily increasing customer base.

• 3+ years of experience with React and Redux
• Strong knowledge of Type Script
• Solid experience with
  
  Node.jsin production projects
• Hands-on experience with Redis
• Basic experience with Azure and Docker
• Familiarity with Sentry or similar monitoring tools
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)

• Develop and maintain front-end features using React, Redux, and Type Script
• Build and optimize backend services with
  
  Node.js, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Integrate Redis for efficient data caching and real-time operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications using Azure, Docker, and Sentry
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical decisions, and ensure adherence to best engineering practices
