• Lead the technical execution on Word Press projects while ensuring alignment with client needs
• Collaborate with UX, design, and project management teams during the discovery and planning phases
• Architect, code, and mentor team members in building and configuring Word Press sites
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of technical quality and best practices
• Directly engage with clients to clarify requirements and address technical challenges

• 8+ years of Word Press experience in a professional setting
• Deep expertise in Word Press architecture and custom development, including themes and plugins
• Proficient in JavaScript, React, PHP, SQL, and familiar with development tools like Git Hub and Docker
• Strong writing and documentation skills, with experience in creating technical specifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

• Prior experience working in a remote agency environment
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility, and web standards
• Experience mentoring or leading developers and managing distributed teams
