Senior Software Engineer, iOS

About the Role

The Ninja One Senior IOS Engineer focuses on building customer-facing mobile applications in Swift using best practices. You will collaborate on multiple high‑traffic applications and employ modern mobile technology and design patterns.

Remote work from home is flexible for candidates residing in eligible U.S. states (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA). Physical offices are available in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL for hybrid arrangements.

• Develop new and existing iOS native applications.
• Test and maintain native iOS mobile applications, identifying process and development improvements.
• Document application changes and new features.
• Support continuous integration and automated testing processes.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• 6+ years of IOS development experience.
• Proficiency with MVVM architecture or equivalent.
• Strong Git knowledge and willingness to participate in code reviews.
• Basic understanding of web services used by front‑end applications.
• Published one or more apps on the Apple Store.
• Solid understanding of the iOS release cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Due to operational policies, Ninja One is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. Candidates outside the Chicago city proper or willing to relocate will be considered.

Starting pay varies by location, market demands, experience, and skills. For roles based in CA, CO, MD, NJ, or WA, the base salary range is $130,000 to $210,000 per year. For NY, the same range applies.
