This exciting role as a Voice Actor for AI Training offers a unique opportunity to leverage your voice acting expertise while contributing to cutting-edge AI development. You will play a pivotal role in training AI models by providing high-quality voice recordings, ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and naturalness of AI-generated speech. This position allows for flexible scheduling, and your contributions will directly impact advancements in AI voice technology.

• Record high-quality voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural delivery.
• Work flexibly, setting your own hours depending on project length.

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, or similar fields (Required).
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet recording environment (Required).
• Strong ability to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging voice recordings.
• Attention to detail when assessing pronunciation, tone, and clarity in speech.
• Interest in AI and speech synthesis technology.
• Multilingual is a plus

Alignerr strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected hourly rate range for United States-based candidates is below. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.

Pay Range (rate per hour)

$15 - $150 USD

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role. International students on a valid visa may be eligible to apply; however, specific circumstances should be discussed with a tax or immigration advisor.
