Job Summary
At Cambridge, we empower financial professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients. We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to develop and deliver secure Salesforce solutions.
Key Deliverables And Responsibilities- Develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance.
- Customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies.
- Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions.
- Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is also preferred.
Salary Range$,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

WorkEnvironment
This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates for this role at this time.
