- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred - Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
- Proven ability to design, analyze, and modify network components supporting communication implementations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in developing technical solutions
- Relevant certifications in software engineering or related fields
- Experience with performance simulation and module-specific software development projects
- Familiarity with customer support and requirements gathering processes
