About the role: The team is now seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join at a critical inflection point of growth. This role sits at the intersection of backend systems, APIs, and user-facing product development, with a strong emphasis on building accurate, resilient, and scalable systems for global money movement. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, engineering leadership, designers, and product partners to ship core features end-to-end and help shape the technical foundation of the platform.

What You'll Do

• Contribute in a full-stack capacity to the company’s platform and API
• Collaborate on API design to ensure scalable, developer-friendly integrations
• Build robust, resilient, and maintainable systems for global money movement
• Work on backend systems with a strong focus on accuracy, performance, and security
• Collaborate closely with designers to deliver intuitive, delightful UI/UX
• Translate customer and product needs into high-quality technical solutions
• Write, test, and maintain clean, secure, production-grade code
• Communicate implementation trade-offs with a focus on performance and extensibility
• Integrate abstractions that minimize complexity and support long-term scalability
• Work directly with the CTO and engineering leadership to set a high-quality bar

What You Need

• BS/MS in Computer Science (or equivalent) from a top university preferred
• 3–8 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer shipping production-grade, scalable web applications and backend systems
• Proven experience working on APIs, platform scalability, performance, and security
• Comfortable working across backend and frontend
• ~80% backend focus
• Experience working at an early-stage startup
• Background in high-growth companies (e.g., Palantir, Ramp, Circle, Plaid) or fast-paced startups
• Technical
  
  Skills:
• Strong at communicating implementation trade-offs, including:
• Performance optimization
• Load time considerations
• Type Script proficiency is a strong plus (not a disqualifier)
• Familiarity with the following stack is highly preferred:
• Type Script + React

Salary & Benefits

• This is a full-time, long-term position.
