• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that support high‑performance security solutions
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define architecture, requirements, and technical trade‑offs
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security through clean code, reviews, and best engineering practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime and operational risk
• Contribute to system evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives across the backend stack
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in backend development for scalable, production‑grade systems
• Strong proficiency with Node.js and backend application development

• Familiarity with cloud‑based environments and microservices architectures
