As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will join an autonomous Agile team alongside product managers, QA engineers, and fellow software developers. You’ll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining high-performance systems, while also collaborating with senior backend peers across a broader engineering chapter focused on scalable architecture and reliable service delivery.

The technology ecosystem includes C# and .NET Core on the backend. Frontend interfaces are built using Vue.js, Angular, and legacy Razor views with jQuery. Supporting technologies include Microsoft Orleans for distributed architecture, MS SQL Server, Redis, Elastic Search, Rabbit

MQ for messaging, Git Lab for version control and CI, and the Atlassian suite for project tracking and documentation.

• Own backend components from design through deployment and maintenance.

• Deliver backend solutions that support both user-facing applications and internal platforms.

• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code for high-traffic environments.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology exploration.

• Partner with your team to continuously improve engineering practices.

• Rapidly implement features that bring clear business and user value.

• At least 4 years of experience developing production-level software in .NET Core.

• Strong command of C# and experience working with MVC-based architectures.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and testing in distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of microservices and message-based communication.

• Familiarity with HTTP, REST, and other core web protocols.

• Strong foundation in algorithms and software design patterns.

• Commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• (Nice to have) Experience with concurrency, multi-threading, or event-driven systems.
