I am looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in full stack development. The ideal applicant will possess strong skills in .NET Core/Framework, C#, and SQL, along with extensive experience in React/Next.js, JavaScript, or Type Script. You should be familiar with modern front-end tools and practices such as HTML5, CSS3, and Webpack. A proven history of delivering complex web applications and a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities are a must, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable practical experience is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Azure cloud services, knowledge of agile development methodologies, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. A background in fleet management or automotive industry software would also be beneficial.
In this role, I expect you to develop scalable web applications using .NET Core/Framework and React/Next.js. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and database structures will be part of your duties, as well as collaborating with a UI/UX designer to create responsive front-end solutions. Participation in code reviews and contributing to technical decision-making are also key aspects of this position.

This hybrid role allows for a blend of in-office collaboration and flexible remote work from our Charlotte, NC location, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (flexible), including 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.
I provide competitive weekly pay, with a salary range between $120,000 and $140,000.
