Join a funded startup on a mission to transform credit control for UK SMEs by building an AI-powered platform that automates B2B collections. This role focuses on developing a robust MVP that leverages AI to autonomously manage customer communications across voice, email, SMS, and Whats App. You will work closely with the founder, utilizing a modern tech stack and integrating with key third‑party APIs to deliver a seamless, scalable solution.

The project is remote, with a preference for candidates who can overlap with Eastern European time zones, and targets a launch by May 2026.

• Develop and deploy the MVP for an AI‑driven credit control platform using React, Type Script, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui, Node.js, Express.js, and Postgre
  
  SQL (Drizzle ORM).
• Integrate third‑party APIs including OpenAI, Retell AI (voice), Send Grid, Vonage, Xero, and Stripe.
• Implement AI‑driven communication workflows for multiple channels (voice, email, SMS, Whats App).
• Collaborate directly with the founder to refine architecture, integrations, and workflows based on extensive prototyping and a clear product roadmap.
• Ensure the platform is developed and deployed efficiently on Replit.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and scalability throughout the development process.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the application for performance and reliability.

• Proven experience as a full‑stack developer with strong proficiency in React and Node.js/Express.
• Advanced knowledge of Type Script and Postgre
  
  SQL, ideally with Drizzle ORM.
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying applications on Replit.
• Expertise in integrating third‑party APIs, especially for communication and payment processing.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of modern front‑end frameworks and UI libraries (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui).
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
• Availability for remote work with significant overlap with Eastern European time zones.
