We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented Senior Software Engineer to support a dynamic, data-focused team. This role offers a flexible remote working arrangement outside of the region, providing an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to contribute to innovative healthcare applications.

2 Java-focused roles (Custom Java Applications)

• Design and develop cloud-based microservices and backend systems
• Translate business and product requirements into high-quality code
• Build services around data warehousing, analytics, big data, and ML
• Participate in Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and continuous integration practices
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Perform expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

• Cloud migration experience
• Relational & No
  
  SQL databases, big data platforms
• AI coding tools (Git Hub Copilot, Gemini, Claude)
• Healthcare or clinical systems experience
• Nextflow or other pipeline orchestration tools
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Clinical or research lab exposure

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience
• OR Associate degree with 7+ years of experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical design skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
