• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java
• Proficient in Spring Boot and microservices
• Knowledge of Java 17 or Java 21
• Experience with Oracle and SQL
• Native or fluent Spanish and intermediate English level (technical reading and writing)
• Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Working in collaborative and proactive environments
• Develop and maintain backend applications with Java 17/21
• Design and implement microservices using Spring Boot
• Integrate and consume events with Apache Kafka
• Work with Oracle and SQL databases
• Collaborate with the team to define scalable technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous deployment
