A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.

• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office.

• 7 or more years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/C#
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Cosmos DB

  SQL and relational database technologies
• Deep understanding of 12-factor app principles and scalable design patterns
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and building distributed systems
• Proficiency in modern CI/CD practices and tools
• Strong skills in observability (metrics, logging, tracing)
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and microservices architecture
• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance in regulated environments
• Experience working in a Dev Ops environment
