Software Engineer – Warehouse Control Systems (C#/.NET)

Location: Home office, Germany.

Our customer, a leading intralogistics provider is searching for reinforcements within their software team to support the ongoing development of their WCS/MFC software. You will be designing and building Warehouse Control System (WCS) software using C#/.NET to control automated material‑handling equipment and support high‑performance warehouse operations.

• Develop and maintain WCS modules and real‑time services using C#/.NET.
• Integrate with WMS/ERP systems and automation equipment (conveyors, AS/RS, Auto Store, robots, PLCs).
• Troubleshoot and support production systems during deployment and operation.
• Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and code quality.

• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL databases.
• Experience with warehouse automation, WCS, or industrial control systems is essential.
• Experience with Auto Store systems would put you at an advantage.
• Understanding of real‑time or near‑real‑time applications.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.

• University education in Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Experience with Dev Ops, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
