Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer – 100% remote. Join our fintech company as a full stack engineer working across Ruby on Rails and React.

• Base salary $150k–$185k

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Ruby on Rails applications.
• Build scalable front‑end features with modern React (React.js / Reactjs).
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver customer‑facing features.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and participate in code reviews.
• Deploy and support applications in a production environment.

• Strong background in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with React and related front‑end libraries.
• Multiple years as a full‑stack engineer.
• Willingness to complete a Ruby and React coding exercise during the hiring process.
• Current residence in one of the supported states (AZ, CO, IL, MD, TX, VA, DC, CA, FL, MA, MN, NY, OR, WA, WI).
