Our cross‑disciplinary team builds and runs a state‑of‑the‑art platform for the international emergency logistics sector. Delivering high‑quality software is essential to our success.

• Build end‑to‑end solutions across the full stack – backend APIs, mobile and web front‑end interfaces – using NestJS (Node) and React Native (Expo, Type Script).
• Plan, architect and implement new features in the backend.
• Participate in architectural decisions and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to iterate and release features.
• Identify and propose product improvements.
• Translate complex tasks into smaller, manageable units while maintaining the overall vision.
• Maintain a high standard of quality, balancing usability, maintainability and reliability.
• Extend and maintain our Graph
  
  QL API.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs.
• Work with product owners to deliver polished UI and UX.
• Build reusable, scalable, and reliable software components.
• Author technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

• 3+ years of experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer building scalable backends (Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go) and front‑end apps with React, React Native, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in functional, object‑oriented and other programming paradigms, including application of appropriate software patterns.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script, Expo, CI/CD, Dev Ops, Docker, and functional React with Hooks.
• Background in software architecture (databases, APIs, service architectures) and deep knowledge of relational and No

  SQL, MySQL, etc.), Linux/Unix, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices and common vulnerability mitigations.
• Experience with Agile development practices and tools.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English;

• Knowledge of data science or business analytics.
• Proficiency in German.
