• Build highly scalable microservices in a serverless backend architecture with a continuous delivery pipeline
• Participate in design sessions to enhance the overall architecture of the platform
• Become proficient in AWS technologies and modern event-driven serverless architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and devise solutions
• Develop high-volume, high-performance Java or Typescript applications using proven frameworks and technologies

• 3-5+ years of experience in designing and developing service-oriented applications using Java, Python, C#, Typescript, or other modern languages
• Experience in designing and developing reusable libraries, APIs, and microservices
• Proficiency in relational or No
  
  SQL data stores
• Relevant operating system knowledge (Linux/Unix and Windows) and networking experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in Point-of-Sale development or payment systems
• Familiarity with AWS serverless and companion technologies like Dynamo
  
  DB, SQS, etc.
• Agile/Scrum experience
