We’re looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation: you will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build: you will work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• Integrate into clients' engineering teams and collaborate with designers and engineers.
• Build and deliver products as part of Full Stack's product teams.
• Apply best practices in software development, including performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, security, and cloud architecture.
• Contribute to libraries and codebases as needed.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Work on Agile/Scrum teams and manage your issues independently.
• Collaboratively work 40 hours per week.

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Strong production experience with React (hooks, context, state‑management libraries).
• Solid hands‑on experience with Node.js and building RESTful and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across front‑end and back‑end.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS‑in‑JS, Tailwind, etc.).
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modelling, and backend architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimisation techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code.
• Ability to contribute to libraries and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership of work and commitment to deliver on client commitments.
• Consistently work 40 hours per week.
