• Designing and building robust, scalable applications using Ruby on Rails
• Leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Championing best practices like test-driven development (TDD) and clean architecture
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams
• Driving continuous improvement in tools, processes, and engineering standards

• Solid professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding and practice of TDD
• Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Fluent English and German
• Hands‑on experience with AWS
