- Collaborate with team members and internal customers to clarify requirements during sprint refinement and build activities

- Optimize Salesforce architecture to drive business growth and efficiency
- Minimum of 7 years as a hands‑on Salesforce Developer or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC’s, LWR’s, LDS, Aura in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- 3+ years of experience as a Developer or Software Engineer using modern object‑oriented languages (Java, Python, Ruby, C#, C++, etc.)
- Expertise in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP, and RESTful APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (II is highly desirable)
- Additional Salesforce Certifications such as Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
