Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node) - Remote - USA role at Full Stack.

• Work with clients in two modes:
  Team Augmentation (integrating directly into client teams) or Design & Build (working on Full Stack product teams).

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Strong production experience with React, including hooks, context, and state‑management libraries.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Node.js and building RESTful and/or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across both frontend and backend.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches such as CSS‑in‑JS or Tailwind.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modelling, and backend architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimisation techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and ensure performance meets agreed expectations.
• Ability to identify with the goals of Full Stack's clients and dedicate yourself to meeting commitments.
• Consistently work 40 hours per week.
