We’re looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team for two key roles:

• Team Augmentation – Integrate directly into our client’s team, working closely with their designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build – Work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong React experience, including hooks, context, and state‑management libraries.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Node.js and building RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across frontend and backend.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches such as CSS‑in‑JS, Tailwind, or similar.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and backend architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Extremely detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership of work and deliver on commitments.
• Commitment to maintaining a 40‑hour work week.
