The RoleWe’re expanding our small, dedicated development team and looking for experienced Delphi developers to help us build the next generation of laser control and show creation software. You’ll work on challenging, real‑time applications involving computer graphics, hardware integration, networking, and creative tools that literally paint light in the sky.
What We’re Looking For- Strong experience with Delphi (VCL and/or FMX)
- Solid Object Pascal skills and comfort with modern Delphi versions
- Experience with Windows desktop application development
- Bonus points for any of the following: real‑time graphics, hardware communication (USB/serial), multi‑threading, networking, or creative/media software
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and excited to work on unique, visually spectacular technology
- Work on software that powers spectacular laser shows seen by millions
- Fully remote‑friendly — we welcome talented developers from anywhere (many of our team members are international)
