Senior Mobile Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms utilizing React Native. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with extensive experience in mobile application development and driving products from inception/production to launch. This person will also utilize full stack tech as well.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and evaluate new mobile technologies and development techniques
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile app development
• Proven track record of shipping multiple native iOS or Android applications
• Strong proficiency in React Native - Swift/Objective-C for iOS or Kotlin/Java for Android
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or similar)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries
• Experience with mobile UI/UX principles, Backend principals, and standards
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Experience with both iOS and Android development utilizing React Native
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
