About this role
Fluint is an early-stage startup building the platform and AI Agent (“Olli”) for complex B2B sales. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll work directly with our technical co-founder, owning core features end-to-end, shaping product direction, and seeing your work translate into tangible revenue impact. This is a high-ownership role where technical creativity meets deep customer empathy.
Your Day-to-Day- Build & Ship: Independently design, develop, and deploy full-stack features based on real user feedback.
