Remote Crystallize Frontend​/Backend Developer

Overview

Dear Crystallize Experts,

We are currently looking for multiple Crystallize (Headless Commerce) Developers in different roles for one of the leading tech companies in Europe (global reach). 100% remote and long-term.

• Crystallize Frontend Developer
• Crystallize Backend Developer

• Freelancing/Contracting
• Start: ASAP
• 100% remote
• Duration: long-term 12+ months
• Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
• Language:
  English (no German needed)
• German business hours

• Practical experience with Crystallize Headless Commerce, especially in consuming product and content data via Graph
  
  QL.
• Knowledge of frontend development in a headless commerce context using JavaScript and Type Script.
• Familiarity with Graph
  
  QL for querying Crystallize APIs and managing dynamic content rendering.
• Experience with React or Next.js is a plus, particularly for building performant, SEO-friendly commerce frontends.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and frontend performance optimization.
• Ability to work in an API-first development environment and integrate closely with backend services.

• Experience integrating and extending Crystallize as a backend service, including product catalog management, orders, and subscriptions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, and Node.js for building middleware, APIs, or backend services.
• Knowledge of Graph
  
  QL, including schema design, resolvers, and interfacing with Crystallize's APIs.
• Ability to model content and commerce data structures within Crystallize and support frontend teams with optimized data access.
• Familiarity with serverless functions, webhook-based workflows, and event-driven integrations is a plus.
• Capable of designing scalable, maintainable backend systems in a modern, headless commerce stack.
