Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 8 years of full-stack development experience, specifically with a strong backend lean and a proven track record of architecting and implementing complex systems. You should be comfortable leading a team, distilling large problems, and unblocking junior to mid-range engineers in a high-velocity startup environment. Bonus points if you have experience building or maintaining billing/monetization systems from scratch.

• Architect and optimize complex systems that span across the backend (AWS Lambda, Type Script, Go) and the frontend (Next, React, Type Script).
• Take ownership of the user management platform, including the developer portal, billing and payment systems, notifications, and dashboard, ensuring critical customer accounts remain stable and performant.
• Work closely with founders, product owners, and go-to-market teams to gather requirements and translate them into well-architected solutions.
• Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture, state management, and API design.
• Lead critical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence architecture from day one, with a clear path toward Engineering Leadership.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability across the stack, particularly for event-driven systems.
