Senior Test Engineer Automation (.NET - OP

We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to a high-impact project focused on modernizing legacy systems for a leading healthcare cost‑containment platform that offers affordable health insurance plans for self‑insured employers, third‑party administrators, commercial payers, and claim auditors. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.

• Work on a stable, long‑term healthcare project, developing a platform used by major U.S. payers and employers
• Contribute to testing real‑world healthcare data and backend systems
• Collaborate with a highly experienced team that values knowledge‑sharing and continuous improvement

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA automation within .NET/C# environments
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and data validation
• Experience designing, creating, executing, and documenting automated test cases
• Strong C# proficiency and familiarity with common test automation frameworks
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server)
• Hands‑on experience in unit/integration testing and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of SDLC/STLC in Agile
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Upper‑Intermediate+ English level

• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other data‑heavy domains

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for backend systems using .NET and C#
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to define test scenarios and requirements
• Analyze test results and ensure automated coverage meets expectations
• Document test cases, results, and automation processes clearly
• Participate in code reviews and help enhance testing standards and automation frameworks
