What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs regarding functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
Oversee proactive maintenance on existing IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications within the Digital Banking sector
Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting of code defects, data errors, and configuration problems
Drive departmental best practices, guidelines implementation, and adherence to standards
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
Strong experience supporting business-critical and complex applications
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
Familiarity with security best practices such as OAuth2, JWT, SSL, and data encryption
Expertise in SQL and No

SQL databases, database design, and query optimization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

6–10 years of software development experience with significant exposure to Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js
Back-End expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, messaging queues (Kafka), and caching techniques
Front-End skills in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/Type Script
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience on AWS cloud platform and knowledge of event-driven architecture
