We're looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You’ll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation:
  You will integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers.
• Design & Build:
  You will work on a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four‑year college degree successful completion.
• Strong production experience with React, including modern patterns (hooks, context, state‑management libraries).
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js and building RESTful / Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across front‑end and back‑end.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS‑in‑JS, Tailwind, or similar).
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and back‑end architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with front‑end performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership over your work; daily challenge to perform to expected standards.
