Product Manager, Billing System & Core Services

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories for product specifications and architecture
• Prioritize features based on alignment with product strategy, initiatives, and market needs
• Serve as the intermediary between engineering, senior management, and non‑technical stakeholders to translate technical information
• Shape the product vision and roadmap for the billing platform, ensuring it meets customer payment preferences and business needs
• Lead the development of innovative features for the billing system and implement continuous improvement processes

• 7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of billing systems, CRMs, Salesforce, and Stripe
• Working knowledge of cloud services, microservices architecture, and backend systems
• Proven record of successfully launching new billing features or systems
• Prior experience as a software developer

• Expertise in building billing systems from the ground up and designing billing platforms
• Knowledge of financial technologies and their integration into billing systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects within billing or payment platforms
• Experience with products delivered from Azure or other cloud environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating epics and stories for engineering
