We're looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You will work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation: Integrate into a client’s team and work side‑by‑side with existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Design & Build: Join a full‑stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Advanced English fluency.
• Four‑year college degree completion.
• Strong production experience with React (hooks, context, state‑management libraries).
• Hands‑on experience with Node.js and building RESTful or Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script across both front‑end and back‑end.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches such as CSS‑in‑JS or Tailwind.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Understanding of API design, data modeling, and back‑end architecture.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with front‑end performance optimization.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing frameworks.
• Hands‑on Git experience and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle new and difficult issues.
• Capacity to maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
• Experience on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Background with large, complex systems.
• Commitment to taking extreme ownership and working 40 hours per week.
