• Lead and manage a team of software engineers in developing and maintaining enterprise application solutions
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business software solutions for successful deployment
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform the roadmap and health of the software portfolio
• Clear obstacles for the team while empowering members to solve complex technical and business challenges
• Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices for integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Engineering People Leadership and Development
• Deep knowledge of emerging trends in software engineering and modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, Node.js)
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Mule Soft, AWS Integration Services)
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

• AI/ML integration experience and familiarity with autonomous/agentic AI frameworks
• Exposure to Dev Ops/CI‑CD practices and observability for integrations
• Strong working experience in Scrum methodologies with insight into Agile processes
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing an engineering team in cloud services
