Emplay Analytics is seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the Python ecosystem to join our remote engineering team. We are looking for a hands‑on technologist who understands the nuances of asynchronous programming, advanced Django architecture, and scalable system design. In this role, you will own the development lifecycle, from architectural decisions to deployment. You will work on complex backend logic using Python and Django while maintaining a seamless frontend experience using modern UI frameworks.

• End‑to‑End Development:
  Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python (Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• High‑Performance Engineering:
  Implement asynchronous programming concepts to handle high‑concurrency scenarios. Utilize Web Sockets for real‑time data transmission.
• Database Management:
  Optimize data storage and retrieval using Postgre
  
  SQL; implement caching strategies using Redis for performance tuning.
• System Architecture:
  Contribute to architectural decisions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Dev Ops & CI/CD:
  Manage containerization using Docker and maintain efficient deployment pipelines via CI/CD tools.
• Code Quality:
  Enforce strict code quality standards through peer reviews, unit testing, and debugging sessions.
• Mentorship & Leadership:
  Act as a technical lead, taking ownership of modules, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Python async programming experience + Jinja2 + Web Sockets understanding.
• Advanced Django experience.
• Postgre
  
  SQL and Redis proficiency.
• Knowledge of at least one UI framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of web services, networking basics & HTTP protocols.

• Ownership:
  Ability to take full accountability for tasks and projects from conception to delivery.
• Debugging: A Sherlock Holmes approach to debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working in a distributed/remote environment.
• Leadership: A proactive mindset with the ability to lead technical discussions.

• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable microservices architecture.
• Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing frameworks.

2 rounds of interview (Technical & Managerial), Assignment round (if required).
