This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Lead Back-End Developer - PHP who will play a pivotal role in spearheading our backend development initiatives. This position requires an individual with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, and Node.js along with strong leadership skills. As the Lead Backend Developer, you will oversee the development of the backend infrastructure, ensuring responsiveness to frontend requests, and driving optimization efforts for both technology and user experience.

• Hands-on development experience with PHP, Laravel, and Node.js, actively identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and implement improvements.
• Generate ideas for new programs, products, or features by staying updated with industry developments and trends.
• Develop high-quality, reusable code and conduct UI tests to optimize performance.
