Position: Non-Coding AI Product Manager – Spring

Company: Build Saints
Position Type: Part‑time Internship (10 hours/week)
Duration: Spring Semester (January – May)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Unpaid

About Build Saints

Build Saints is a Catholic Pokémon Go where users discover saints from their nearby parishes, grow their abilities through engaging mini‑games, then use the Saints charisms to build AI apps for other users. In this internship you will be one of the AI builders (eg: using a no‑code platform to create fun faith formation/related social good apps for users).

Requirements

This is a technical and product role where you will also be tasked with engaging prospective users on the features you build (and also share internal feedback to the Build Saints founder on internal product improvements). There is no coding in this role:

  • Database logic (querying, uploading, formatting data)
  • Frontend‑Backend functionality: how API logic shares information between platforms.
  • Business logic for specific features: AI system messages, prompts, device specific functionality (eg: audio, location, etc).
  • User feedback on new features to add.
Product Information
  • Product manager has access to data within the Build Saints app, including:
Google public places, church locations, images, faith‑content, etc.
  • Coming up with unique idea for creating products from this data is core to the product (eg:
Scavenger hunt of church pictures, geo‑location notification system when passing by a liquor store to send a bible verse, etc).

The products are used within the Build Saints locations and thus must align with Catholic teachings. Those comfortable and knowledgeable of these faith practices are likely best suited for the role.

The daily schedules are flexible with 10 hours per week and largely Slack related communications. Build Saints is a startup and individuals with interest making actual contribution and comfortable with more independent environment are most likely to succeed.

Expires on January 7, 2026
