We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop high-performance web and desktop applications that power core components of our platform. You will work across engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable applications, implement real-time communication systems, and contribute to our technical strategy. This role requires strong experience with React, Vite, Electron, Type Script, and real-time protocols, along with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.

• Develop scalable web and desktop applications using React, Vite, and Electron
  .

• Architect and optimize real-time communication using Web Sockets and MQTT
  .

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines via Git Lab with automated testing.

• Write clean, maintainable code across HTML, CSS/SCSS, and Type Script .

• Develop unit and E2E test coverage using Cypress
  .

• Lead code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across production and development environments.

• Propose and implement improvements in architecture, workflows, and tooling.

• Design complex state management systems using Redux, Zustand, or XState.

• Implement efficient data-handling algorithms for caching, syncing, and real-time updates.

• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to long-term technical strategy.

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/Type Script development.

• Strong skills with React, Vite, Electron
  , and modern UI architecture.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, Type Script .

• Experience with
  Web Sockets, MQTT
  , and real-time systems.

• Hands‑on experience with Cypress and automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of Go or Python for backend collaboration (preferred).

• Experience with

  SQL and MongoDB

• Proficiency with Git Lab CI/CD and Dev Ops tooling.

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and collaborative communication skills.

• Expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, XState) and performance optimization.

• Experience leading technical initiatives or influencing engineering direction.
