Location: Remote (for the right candidate, with approximately 30% travel required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Robotics Programmer to join our team. This potential remote role involves programming and configuring various robotic systems, primarily using Fanuc Robots programming language, with opportunities to work with other brands as well. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and apply new technologies, including off-line programming software, vision setup, advanced programming techniques, and collaborative robots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Robotic Programming: Develop and optimize programs for Fanuc robots, with knowledge of other robot brands considered a plus.
• Software Proficiency: Learn and utilize Roboguide Software and other off-line programming tools for different robot brands.
• Vision Setup: Acquire skills in setting up and configuring vision systems for robots.
• Advanced Programming: Gain expertise in advanced programming techniques to enhance robotic functionality.
• DCS Software: Learn and apply DCS (Distributed Control System) software for sophisticated control tasks.
• Robot Welding: Develop proficiency in programming robots for welding applications.
• Collaborative Robots: Learn to program and integrate collaborative robots into various applications.
• I/O Communications: Understand and implement I/O (Input/Output) communications for effective robot operation.
• CAD Design: Learn CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to assist in designing and integrating robotic systems.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Fanuc Robots programming language is essential; familiarity with other robot brands is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn Roboguide Software and other off-line programming tools.
• Willingness to learn and set up vision systems, advanced programming techniques, and collaborative robots.
• Basic understanding of DCS software and I/O communications.
• Interest in acquiring CAD design skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
