• Architect and develop backend automation solutions using Golang and Temporal.io
• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Build and maintain scalable workflows leveraging orchestration tools
• Integrate observability solutions using Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and Tempo
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices

• Proven expertise in Golang for backend development
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and Tempo
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills in distributed systems
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments
• Ability to work effectively in remote, cross‑functional teams
• Experience with Temporal.io, telecommunications, or cloud services is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
• Availability for a full‑time, contract‑based remote position
